The most interesting thing I learned is that if I wake up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, it's not my bladder or what I drank before bed that's the problem but potentially my heart!
Barry Krakow, MD is a board-certified internist and sleep medicine specialist who has worked in the field of sleep research and clinical sleep medicine for more than 30 years, pioneering innovative techniques for the treatment of chronic nightmares, chronic insomnia , complex insomnia, upper airway resistance syndrome, obstructive and central sleep apnea and restless legs syndrome and periodic limb movement disorder.
